The Challenge
They call themselves a “professional” organization, but the website that represented the group didn’t really support that. It’s hard to ask for membership fees for a professional networking group when they didn’t have a website that kept up with the times. And, there wasn’t much organization of the info on the site; it wasn’t very user friendly.

Password Protected Page
Members-only information is available to members of the group, easily found in the footer and locked-down via password which is shared with members via weekly meeting notes.
PayPal Integration
Paying by credit card—for membership dues, for raffle tickets, for event tickets—makes the transaction a whole lot easier, both for the group and for website visitors. Yes I want that, here’s my cc number, and it’s done. So taking payments via the website was super critical to increasing the groups funds. Adding PayPal buttons as needed allowed for instant transactions; routing those transactions to PayPal puts the credit card liability on to the payment processor (PayPal) and not on the organization. Transactions are completed and website visitors are sent back to the Biz Pros website.
