The Challenge
The previous e-commerce website wasn’t making the sales the client was after. The website was disorganized and difficult to use. Inventory and payment processing were both managed through outside applications and not in sync.
The Solution
We moved the site to the Shopify platform, which instantly solved the inventory and payment issues. We added special features such as bundle purchases, product-only discounts, and subscriptions.
The new site allows the client to sell in-person, using Shopify’s own POS system and maintain inventory. When something in-person is out-of-stock, the sale can easily still be made, via the online store, waiving the shipping charges for the customer. It’s a win-win for both parties.
